What is your return policy?

EQcable policy is , you have 3 days to test and Notify us of your return , to be eligible for return your item(s)must be in original packaging and in the condition it was received with order no. and original receipt . Any item missing parts (not due to our error) or tampered in any way will not be returnable.DO NOT return without contacting us first , please.
